We were lucky enough to see several turtles in the water, even though there weren’t many fish to spot. The beach was lovely, with white sand, and the food was good quality. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We stayed in one of the seafront tents shortly after it reopened in 2019. It was spacious and comfortable, and a bit different from the island’s other accommodation. It did feel rather dark inside, though, and the air conditioning could have worked better.

We only came for an evening meal and drinks, not an overnight stay, and the beautiful setting was lovely. The food was delicious and the Balinese wine fantastic. What made the night was the service, especially Zachy. He was warm and friendly, took time to get to know us, and went out of his way to make sure we were looked after. Thanks so much to Zachy and everyone at Karma. We can’t wait to come back!

Lorenza was wonderful and knew so much about the area. Thanks to her, we got to swim with some turtles. Manuel was a great host and lovely to chat with, and all the staff were friendly and worked hard. We had a great three-night bungalow stay. Couldn’t recommend it more. See you again soon.

We could properly unwind in our quiet sea-view bungalow after busy days of exploring and snorkelling nearby. It was better maintained than we expected, and felt like a peaceful little hideaway. The breakfast included each morning was far beyond the usual continental sort. The welcoming staff were friendly and saw to every need. It really is a honeymoon kind of place.

We visited nearly two years ago and loved the peaceful atmosphere at Karma Reef. Gili Meno is beautiful to walk around, and the staff there were amazing. We had booked for November but couldn’t make it because of the earthquake. We’ll be back very soon.
