The place is basic, but good value. It’s clean, the aircon works well, and everything is close by. The shower only runs cold, though in this heat I didn’t mind. The owners are friendly, and you can hire bikes or get laundry done. There are cats around too 😊. I’d recommend it.

The staff were really helpful whenever we had a question or needed something. We stayed a couple of days, then added one more night. The main drawback was the island’s power cuts, which sometimes lasted for hours. That meant losing both internet and air conditioning. It wasn’t the hotel’s fault.

We tried several times to get in touch, but nobody picked up, answered our messages, or replied to our questions through Booking. The lack of communication was extremely disappointing and felt unprofessional. I wouldn’t count on this place being reliable, and suggest staying somewhere else.

The bungalow was spotless and comfortable, with working AC and a pleasant patio in a well-kept garden. It was very quiet, which I loved, yet shops and restaurants were nearby and the port was only a five-minute walk away. The Wi-Fi was strong and breakfast was good. Irwan, who looks after the place, welcomed me with a smile and a fresh coconut and was so friendly, helpful, and warm. Nothing to complain about. Highly recommended on Gili Meno.
