Aaliku Bungalows

I'd say Aaliku Bungalow suits bachelors more than families. The rooms are spacious, there's a nice pool, the atmosphere is pleasant and the location is amazing. Service felt inattentive, and breakfast choices were limited. I still had a good stay.

The staff were lovely and helpful, and the two cats around the property were super cute and friendly. They loved attention and cuddles, and I found them asleep on the couch outside my room both morning and evening. I only stayed one night, but that bed was amazing. The ferry is just a three-minute walk away. It took the AC a while to cool things down, though after three weeks traveling in the heat I was fine with that. The bathroom was spacious, with an open shower area and no AC. Breakfast was alright, but I wouldn't recommend the banana pancakes.

The owner was attentive to our requests and helpful. Breakfast was included, and the rooms and pool were nice. Everything is close by, including the port, regular bike rentals, warungs, bars, shops and beaches. There is some noise from the mosque, night parties and carts on the nearby roads, but it wasn't too bad and was tolerable.

The pool area was a lovely place to relax, and breakfast was nice. Alvin and the staff were more than attentive to what we needed during our three nights at Aaliku. Great value for money, and I'd stay again next time I'm in Gili T!
