It’s only a short walk from the dock, and the staff were a big help, carrying our suitcases to and from the rooms and assisting us during the stay. At Pesona, the rooms were clean and had everything we needed, plus refillable water. Breakfast was included with fruit, juice, and coffee, and it was delicious. We’d definitely recommend staying here.

The location at Pesona Resort in Gili Trawangan was great and the rooms were comfortable, but the restaurant and room service really brought the experience down. The staff felt rigid and petty about food. I was offered coffee at breakfast and then charged for it without being told clearly, and even asking to add cheese to an omelette became an issue. The cost wasn’t the point, it was the attitude. The menu is mostly Indian, yet the team couldn’t make something as basic as dal khichadi, which says a lot about their flexibility. The contrast within the property was striking: the Azure Spa staff and dive school team were exceptional, warm, intuitive, and genuinely hospitable. Chalk and cheese. There’s potential here, but F&B service needs a serious reset to meet even basic hospitality standards.

The kindness and attention from everyone, whether housekeeping, reception, or the restaurant team, made our stay feel special. We felt very well looked after the whole time. Everything surpassed what we expected, and we absolutely loved being here. Thanks for such a wonderful experience. We’d happily return and recommend this hotel.

Our room had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay, and it was clean and well cared for. The shower was roomy with strong water pressure, just right after a day out. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and welcoming straight away. A simple, smooth, enjoyable stay at Pesona Beach Resort & Spa. We’d gladly come back.

Ari and Joni were especially helpful when the AC stopped working, quickly arranging another room for us. Everyone on staff was kind and attentive, and the restaurant food was lovely. Breakfast was great too, with juice and fruit!!! We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back :)
