This is a guest house, not a hotel. The second floor was very messy and looked half built, and neither the toilet spray nor the shower worked well. I stayed one night in early September with friends, using three rooms. My friend booked through an app at 77k rupiah per room per night during a marketplace promotion. The owner said we couldn’t use that rate and could go to another hotel if we disagreed. I understand the issue was between the Oyo platform and the property.

It was much darker in person than in the pictures, and there was no free bottled water like the photos showed, though that wasn’t a big deal. The mosque is quite close and can be noisy. Staff are only around during cleaning hours, so you have to find things like the WiFi password yourself. I would have stayed longer if the price were steadier. To me, 8 dollars including taxes is the most it’s worth paying.

Book ahead, it sells out quickly. The hospitality was kind and humble, and the room and toilet were clean, with a comfortable bed. It was the most comfortable room at an unexpectedly low price, maybe the best value for the money in Gili Trawangan. I recommend it to anyone and will stay here again on my next Gili Trawangan vacation.

The room was very clean, with a private bathroom, and the price was good. It’s around a 6-8 minute walk from the harbor. A nice place to stay.

It’s a cheap hotel, but there was no receptionist or staff, and no housekeeping even though I stayed for multiple days. I wouldn’t recommend it. 👎🏼
