For our honeymoon, the setting at Ponte Villas worked perfectly: quiet and relaxing, but close enough to the party area and not cut off. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and well looked after, and every staff member we met was warm and helpful. Mr. Marcell deserves a special mention for calmly and professionally sorting out the problem Agoda caused with our booking and making sure we were taken care of. We had an amazing stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Gili Trawangan. We’ll be back!

The atmosphere, comfort, and stay were all excellent, and I’d still recommend the place. One thing to know: a late fast-boat cancellation due to weather left me delayed on Gili T, so I stayed at Ponte. When I arrived late at night, too late to raise it reasonably, I noticed a few small but visible stains on the sheets and slept on top of the bed. It seems like housekeeping could use a little closer attention. I hope the staff will address this minor but important detail going forward.

The two-bedroom villa was amazing, with a fun and unusual outdoor bathroom and a private pool. The staff were great. It’s a little removed from the noise in some of the main areas, but everything is reachable on foot or by bike. Highly recommend!

Dani and the team made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. They were kind, warm, polite, and always ready to help. My first visit to Gili T was a solo birthday trip, and they made it special with a cake and room decorations. I never felt lonely. Dani replied quickly on WhatsApp and arranged an island-hopping tour with a guide so I could enjoy every bit of the vacation. Thanks so much for such a memorable stay. I’ll be back soon, next time with my family! 💛🌴

We loved Ponte Villas. The rooms were beautiful and clean, the outdoor pool was lovely for a swim, and the spa was really good. A special thanks to Rizal at reception for his helpful support and great service. I’d recommend staying here.
