Roots Hotel Trawangan

The people here were the best part, so warm, genuine, and incredibly kind. They really did everything they could to help. Roots is perfectly located, just a four-minute walk from the harbor, and the room was new, clean, and very well kept. I slept better here than anywhere else. I’d recommend it and will definitely return! ❤️

I’m back for a second stay and will keep coming here whenever I’m on Gili T. The staff are such good people, they feel like friends now. They took great care of me when I had stomach trouble and my girlfriend was sick, which made for a really positive experience. Rooms are clean and comfortable, the beds are good, towels are changed daily, and the toilets and bath are clean and work well.

The hospitality is what made our stay. She sorted out our laundry, helped when one of us had a stomach ache, cooked us a tasty meal, and even arranged a snorkeling trip. She was so warm and helpful that we felt like family. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and homey. We loved it and would highly recommend it.

We felt at home from the minute we got there. The people were so kind to my friend and me, and kept going out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. Their warmth made us feel like we belonged to the family. A beautiful place with wonderful hospitality. Highly recommend!!!
