Warna Beach Hotel

The staff were the strongest part of my stay at Varna Beach Hotel in Gili. They were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The rooms were plain but fine for a budget trip, with comfortable enough beds and working air conditioning. The pool was clean enough and useful for cooling off, though it wasn't a standout feature. The bathrooms were in awful shape. Fixtures were breaking or barely worked, water pressure was poor, and there was no soap. The towels were so tiny they barely covered drying your hair, much less your body. Anyone expecting proper hotel amenities will be disappointed. The garden also looked neglected and needs maintenance. There's potential here, but the place needs attention and repairs. If basic lodging and friendly service are what you need, it can do the job. For decent bathrooms and amenities, I'd look elsewhere.

Breakfast was really good, and the cleanliness mattered a lot to me. They did a great job. I had a lovely stay at Warna, with friendly service throughout. Ahmed or Met, I'm not sure how to spell his name, went out of his way to make us comfortable. He helped book a boat trip and found us bicycles. He made the visit really pleasant, and I'll definitely come back.

Warna Restaurant across the road was a great part of the stay. We had fresh seafood, cocktails, and live music every evening. After a relaxing day by the pool or beach, it was easy to head over there. I loved the pool view from Warna Beach Hotel, and direct beach access was a dream. From the moment I arrived, I was taken with the place. I'd absolutely recommend it for a memorable getaway. Thanks especially to Abi, you're the best!

The staff were the highlight, always greeting us with a smile and treating us professionally and kindly. The pool was also lovely and exceptionally clean by island standards. This was my fourth trip to Gili T. Accommodation prices had shot up since my last visit, so we wanted a more affordable place as a couple, without a party scene every night. Warna looked like the best budget choice. The room was simple, but the value for the price was excellent. Warm water and a firm king bed were all we needed. The mosque next door was the main drawback, as it could get a bit loud now and then.
