We spent the night here for our wedding anniversary, and I really appreciated the spacious room and balcony, something rare in the Guci area. The staff were friendly and kept things clean. The restaurant food and drinks were tasty, affordable, and came in generous portions. The hotel has excellent amenities. Highly recommended, and thanks for making our stay so good.

We had a family holiday here on 26 Dec 25, and it was an enjoyable experience at @terasse guci. The natural surroundings are beautiful, the location is easy to find, and hot springs are easy to get to. All the staff gave us a very warm welcome. A highly recommended place to stay.

The manager, Ashmungi, was so kind and helpful, and the rest of the staff were friendly and ready to assist too. We had a nice room and very good food, including a BBQ. I also enjoyed visiting the hot spring at night, and the Jeep tour was amazing. A great experience, highly recommended.

Surrounded by mountains and nature, this is a nice hotel with good service and fresh breezes all day. If you love the outdoors, there are morning activities like jeep adventures, climbing, and hiking.

Our family room had no view, which was disappointing. Noise from outside carried clearly between rooms, especially the sound of people walking, so it wasn't quiet. The toilet water didn't seem properly filtered either. Black sand came out of the tap when we brushed our teeth. When we ordered dinner, staff were slow to prepare the food. There's no elevator, so you have to use the stairs to reach your room.
