Villa Latar Ombo

Getting food is easy, with lots of vendors near the alley entrance. The villa itself is comfortable, clean, and roomy, with three air-conditioned bedrooms, a living room, dining room, and kitchen. There’s a refrigerator for food supplies too. It’s conveniently close to several Jogja attractions. The alley is narrow, but small cars like a Karimun or Brio can get in.

I've been going back and forth to Yogya every weekend for a whole month, and I can't bring myself to stay anywhere else. Once you're inside Villa Ombo, you just don't want to leave, your heart feels full 😉

The large yard is a plus, even though the place sits down a narrow alley. But I was uncomfortable during my one-night stay with five people because it was dirty when we arrived. Cloth and unused items were left lying around, and it was unpleasant to look at. The doormat was so filthy that I couldn't tell how long it had gone without washing; maybe it should be replaced for guests. The outside bathroom also needs cleaning before it can be used, especially since it would be useful for five people. At Rp. 1.3, I expected a clean place 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

Even in the middle of the city, the place feels cool and comfortable as soon as you arrive. The broad green lawn gives it a lovely countryside feel. I always want to come back...
