Teachers and students said female students were crying because of the poor room hygiene. I was among 126 eighth-grade students from permata buana staying here, and everyone I heard from said it was the worst hotel. People reported small cockroaches in the bathrooms, questionable stains on towels and beds, multiple bed bugs that left them itchy, and black wall fungus. There were also ding-dong ditchers and people entering rooms, mostly other students. I can’t believe the hotel has a 4-star rating. In my opinion, they should inspect rooms properly before putting guests in them and hire more experienced cleaners. Worst hotel visit ever!

The room let the stay down. There were a lot of bugs, which made it uncomfortable, and I noticed some guests had bigger beds despite paying the same price. The location is great, close to everything, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The service was good and they made us feel welcome, but the room quality really needs work.

The location worked perfectly for my business trip, and breakfast was okay. But during my 4D 3N stay, I found small cockroaches every day. I called reception on the first night, and they said they’d treat for bugs the next day, but I still saw insects afterward. At night, I could also smell cigarette smoke in my room even though I’d booked a non-smoking room. The room wasn’t sanitized well.

We spent one night using two rooms. Both were spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was okay. The food was quite good as well. In my room, though, the carpet under the table was wet. The other room smelled of cigarettes, and we found a baby cockroach there.
