I booked through the app at 70,000 Rupiah a night, but after four days I found out there was an extra charge, bringing it to 100,000 Rupiah per night. That’s poor service. Is the lower price meant to lure customers in? If the rate is 100,000 Rupiah, it should be listed that way from the start, not shown as 70,000 Rupiah in the app. This is fraud!

I wouldn’t recommend it. I booked late at night through Agoda because I needed somewhere available. At first they told me it was full, then when I checked again, they said a room was available. It was on the 3rd floor, with the bathroom on the 2nd. They also wanted an extra fee, saying they were about to end their contract with Spot On and would lose money at the listed price.

The facilities weren’t bad, but the service from the homeowner was terrible. We were supposed to check out at 11:30, yet they told us to leave at 7 because they needed to clean. The price also wasn’t what the app advertised, and they asked us to pay more on the spot. This is the first time I’ve given a place one star. If you’re considering staying here, think twice.
