The location was good, but that was about the only positive. There was no hot water, so we moved to other accommodation after one night. Staff spoke very little English, which made it hard for us as tourists to communicate. Toilet paper wasn’t included in the price, so you have to bring your own.

The corridor is open to thieves, there’s no security, and it has no lights in the evening or at night. Our room was low standard for the price, with no hot water, and customer service was impolite. The bathroom has a small bucket instead of a tub, and the corridor smelled of cigarette smoke. I totally don’t recommend staying here.

The room was below basic, with no bed sheets and no furniture. There wasn’t hot water, and we even had to buy our own toilet paper. When we asked, they said people in Java aren’t used to hot water, but the next place we stayed, like all the other places on Java island, had it. What a stupid place. Don’t recommend it!

The location is great, but I wouldn’t recommend this hostel. Our room was tiny and wasn’t clean when we arrived. The toilet wouldn’t flush, so we had to use a bucket, and it made noise all the time. Because it was the end of ramadan, we paid 250 000rp for the room. After we left, they hadn’t changed the bed linens, meaning the covers on the mattress and pillows, since there was nothing else on the bed. Avoid it if you can.
