The staff were nice, but I booked online and was told to pay a different price when I arrived. The owner said they don’t honor the price shown online, which was really disappointing. If you’re choosing it because you found a low rate, be aware this can happen. I’d look somewhere else. There are plenty of places near Malioboro for about 200,000 a night. Makasih banyak.

They cancelled my booking arrogantly, leaving me to find another hotel at the last minute and ruining my trip. Then they took a new customer anyway, seemingly just to make a profit, without caring how much trouble they’d caused. I would never stay at this selfish, cruel hotel.

I had a bad experience here too. I was exhausted from my journey and just needed a short rest, so I chose to stay. They charged me extra and told me to check in manually, outside the app, at an expensive rate. They also told me to cancel the app booking, but I never got a refund. The app still showed me as checked in. When you push back, the owner plays the victim. Please be careful if you’re considering this place. Just find another homestay nearby instead.

I booked for 200k, but when I arrived they refused me and suddenly said the price was 500k. I had to find another hotel, and they still charged my credit card, claiming I hadn’t shown up. They’re liars. Don’t book here.
