Good place.

I’d just arrived from Jakarta when they turned me away. The woman snapped at me that they no longer work with booking.com or oyo. If that’s the case, why are they still advertising there? I’d already paid online, and I’m really frustrated with myself for ending up in this situation. I asked for a full refund.

The rooms were in good shape and smelled nice. My deluxe room was spacious, the sheets were clean, the TV and AC worked well, and the toilet and hot water were fine. The location is good, and the price is very cheap. Towels and soap are available if you ask staff, though they aren’t in the room, and check-in is only at 2:00 PM. There are some downsides: the cafe is being renovated, so it’s noisy and dusty. Bamboo supports are on the stairs to the second floor, and the stairs get wet when it rains. There’s no hotel staff in the morning, and the rooms have no outside-facing windows or view. The first floor is used for family reflexology massages, and the prices aren’t high. The men’s massages are good, but the sheets and pillows should be changed after every use because they smell unpleasant.
