Never again. We booked two nights on Traveloka, but the next day they made us leave, saying someone else had already booked the room. We were shocked, since we'd reserved it through the app. When we asked for a refund, they said they couldn't return the money they'd received. What kind of management is that? The room was dirty and smelled bad, including the sheets, and luckily I had brought some from home. The bathroom faucet was broken and sprayed water everywhere, and there was no hot water. I'm fed up.

I stayed in a Type 2 room and found it a bit scary. It wasn't very clean, there was only a limited amount of hot water, and the toilet smelled so bad that my child vomited just from going in. Management should improve the cleanliness and provide decent facilities.

The service was really bad. Staff seemed indifferent and unfriendly, and ignored people when they asked questions. At the very least, customers should be greeted with a smile. The place didn't look like the photos, and the room was ugly. I deeply regret staying here and can't recommend it.

It's about a 10 minute walk to TWA Guci. The room was fairly tidy, though the furniture looked dull and felt inadequate, and the towels were coming apart and should probably be replaced. Still, this is the cheapest villa in the area, so I can't complain too much. It's enough if you just need somewhere to sleep.
