The rooms were lovely, comfortable, and nicely cool, and the hospitality made the stay even better. Every staff member was friendly and helpful whenever we needed something. The hotel is in an excellent spot, close to everything. We really appreciated the service and warm welcome. Highly recommended!

The staff were the best part, always cheerful, friendly, and keen to help. Fablo, sorry if I've got the name wrong, and the others greeted me with smiles and happily sang through the day. Such a lovely place, and I'd highly recommend it. The room was clean with cute decor, and the location is handy for the seafood market and harbour Gili.

I meant to spend just a couple of days on Gili T, but liked Bale Sasak so much that I stayed for a week. The location worked well, not far from the port, and renting a bike to explore the island was easy. The grounds and room were beautiful, with a traditional Balinese feel, and everything was well maintained. Food and coffee were amazing for a very reasonable price. Marco's massage was incredible, he has hands of angels. The staff made me feel at home, especially Tim and Pedro, who always went above and beyond and played music that made me smile. Thanks to everyone. Everything was 10/10, and I'll be back!
