I found the monthly rate of about 2.5 million rupiah affordable for what you get. I stayed at Ontario Homestay for around a month, and the room felt comfortable, with a private bathroom, wardrobe, and a bed I liked. There was also Wi-Fi, plus a TV and a desk with a chair. Motorcycle and car parking are available, and CCTV made it feel more secure.

I wouldn't recommend this place. The facilities and service in Manado were the worst, and I found the management unethical.

There’s a whole fourth floor for drying clothes, which made doing laundry convenient.
