I was satisfied with the accommodation. We went in August 2025, and I believe this is the latest look for Arpen bungalows. I booked directly with the owner for 350k IDR a night, for a room with two single beds and a corridor. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean for two, with a balcony where we could relax at night. It wasn’t a sea-view room, but we could still feel the sea breeze morning and night. Very calm and peaceful. The staff were helpful and polite, though not especially friendly, which I can understand. You can have a light swim at the hotel’s beach too.
