Pullman Bali Legian Beach

Manager Dodi deserves a special thank you for all his help and hospitality. His kindness and professionalism made the stay feel personal, and I honestly feel like I found a friend in Bali. The room was clean and comfortable, and the whole hotel was impressively clean. Breakfast had plenty of good choices, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout. I had an amazing stay at Pullman Bali Legian and will definitely return. I'll recommend it to friends and family too.

Our first room had lighting problems because it had just been renovated, so check-in came with a small hiccup. Duty Manager Mr. Wisnu Wardana handled it really well, offering comfortable options while we waited for another room. His quick help turned things around, and we had a very pleasant stay with the warm, genuine hospitality of Bali. The breakfast was fantastic, and the welcome drink was excellent, especially the top-notch cocktail. I want to thank the Pullman staff, and Mr. Wardana in particular, for the wonderful service. Highly recommend this hotel!

The poolside drinks server, a young gentleman I believe was named Rwandan, was always cheerful and attentive, with a warm smile that brightened the day. Our housekeeper, Adipramaa, also did a meticulous job keeping the room spotless and comfortable. Mornings were a pleasure thanks to Cahya, Seni, and Haity on the breakfast team. They were patient and accommodating, helped with our favorite dishes, and suggested new things to try, always with a smile. Reception staff were just as lovely, with a great attitude and an easy check-in and check-out. Their professionalism and friendliness made us feel valued. Everyone at the hotel was kind and dedicated, whether the interaction was small or large. From arrival, the whole team made us feel welcome and comfortable and went out of their way to make the stay memorable. I'd recommend this gem without hesitation. We left feeling relaxed and appreciated, and are already planning another visit.

We had a comfortable, memorable stay at Pullman Legian Bali, and the room upgrade was a lovely surprise. As an All Accor member, I used one of my suite upgrade benefits, then was upgraded again to an Executive Family Room. It could fit up to 4 guests with the extra foldable bed/chair, and was comfortable, well kept, and came with thoughtful welcome amenities. Mr. Frans was warm and attentive, and his help throughout the stay made the experience even better. We paid separately for the dinner buffet, which had a good selection and made for a pleasant meal. Breakfast the next morning was enjoyable too, with lots of local and international options. Thanks to the Pullman Legian team for the hospitality. It made for a lovely Bali getaway.
