The meals were packed with flavor and made with good quality ingredients. The staff were warm and welcoming, always smiling, and made me feel looked after throughout the stay. My room was spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, with a stunning view. Every detail felt luxurious. I had an amazing experience, would happily return, and definitely recommend it. Five stars.

Ms. Risca, the Hostes, remembered both my usual drink, hot milk tea, and that I preferred a seat near the window. Each morning she’d bring me to that table, where the tea was already waiting. She was friendly, patient, supportive, and quick to help, which made my stay more enjoyable. I also really enjoyed breakfast. The dishes were fresh, delicious, and nicely presented, and the dining experience was better than I expected.

The service for hotel guests was very good, and the food was okay. But the staycation didn’t live up to what social media led me to expect, especially for kids. We came hoping for lots of activities, and left disappointed. Aquaspace tickets were sold separately from the room, and there was no notice when it was full or under maintenance. I feel hotel guests should get priority. We tried the pool instead, but it was small and crowded. The playground had a cool design, though it looked unkempt, and many books and board games were incomplete. They promise too much about being kid-friendly. Would I come back? I think no.

I spent two nights here for a business workshop. The meeting rooms were impressive, and the coffee breaks and luncheons were delicious. Ms. Angely at Reception also helped me out by providing the documents I needed for the business trip free of charge. The service was superb and the facilities were excellent. I look forward to staying again, maybe for a holiday.
