The family room was a real plus: it had plenty of space and two bathrooms, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful throughout. Getting around was easy too, with the Transjakarta stop just across the road and Petak Enam a short walk away. There were several things that made the stay less comfortable. The hotel feels old, and the AC in my son’s room leaked and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned recently. A sewage smell lingered in the bathroom, so we bought air freshener ourselves. The windows had gaps, and we could clearly hear lobby conversations and Transjakarta announcements. The kids’ bedroom was dark and had no natural light. Breakfast came in small portions and didn’t offer much variety. Basic supplies were limited too, with no hand soap. Although smoking is meant to be prohibited, we smelled smoke in the hallways several times during our five-day stay.

Good value, with free parking and a fairly roomy room. The air conditioning was nice and cold, which I liked. It’s easy to walk to Jkt's China Town, and Kota Tua and public transportation, including TransJkt and Station Kota, are fairly close.

The rooms were tidy and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s easy to get around from here since the Transjakarta halte is nearby. They really should provide shampoo or shower gel, though. The bottle was already empty when I arrived 🥲

For a budget hotel, I felt I got what the price covered. The staff were friendly and supportive. My room was a little narrow, but there was still enough room to move around and open my luggage. Nearby roads were being maintained, so getting to the hotel could be a bit inconvenient.
