The houses and conveniences are good, and the place is posh and aesthetic, but the atmosphere feels political, dull, and very bad. As a resident who likes sports, I hate that there's nowhere to play football in the evening. You can't play futsal or football here. The guards are mean and so annoying. You can only use the swimming, basketball, tennis, and gym facilities. Other apartments have more.
The security guards always greet you with a smile, and the place is kept clean. One of the most luxurious apartments in North Jakarta, it's close to restaurants and shops. Love it, thank you.
The pool has a nice view, and I really like this place.
