The staff did a lot to make my stay comfortable, and the room was clean with almost everything I needed. I already mentioned at reception what could be improved. The food was okay, though the taste wasn't consistent enough for me to call it delicious. The location is hard to beat if you want to be near Malioboro and the rail station while still having some peace and quiet. I gave it four stars because you get what you pay for, and I don't want future guests expecting five-star treatment. The facilities and service weren't the reason for the rating. I’d definitely recommend it for that kind of stay.

I spent seven nights here. The room felt modern and was clean, and the staff were warm and friendly, greeting me with smiles. Meals were good and reasonably priced. It’s about ten minutes from Jalan Malioboro and Plaza Malioboro. Just be aware there’s no hair dryer in the room, and the soundproofing is poor. I was glad I’d brought my own dryer.

Della was attentive at check-in and responded promptly when I mentioned a small insect problem, which was fixed right away. Both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. I was upgraded to a Premiere room with a balcony overlooking the front street, a welcome surprise that made my comfortable stay even better. A little more help at the entrance would be useful for guests with big bags, since getting my suitcase up to the lobby took some effort. The room could also use a bit more attention to dust.

The staff acted quickly when water overflowed from my room's air conditioner. It took two fixes, but after that the room was back to normal. I couldn't control all the room lights from one spot, and breakfast options were limited.

The hotel was clean and nice, and the modern room had a comfortable bed and pillows. It’s close to Malioboro street. I enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend it.
