The flooding happened twice after the internal maintenance team worked on the building cladding. My apartment was flooded soon after the first repair, damaging some of my belongings. The team did more work and said it was fixed, but a couple of days later it flooded again and damaged more of my things. I asked for compensation and management ignored me. My formal complaint to the head office got one acknowledgement, then nothing. Security was another serious problem during my stay at Tower Sandalwood, Springhill Terrace Residences. On three occasions, strangers were let into the building and came knocking on my door. Visitors seemed to be coming and going suspiciously at all hours, and security appeared aware of it but didn’t enforce normal entry checks. Management also closed the main entrance to both cars and pedestrians. After midnight, getting food delivered became impossible unless you walked hundreds of meters to the Swiss-Belinn entrance. That’s absurdly inconvenient. An aggressive, rude employee falsely accused me of damaging property and threatened to call the police. The development manager stepped in competently, but the other staff came across as hostile and poorly trained. This place is badly managed and insecure. I’d avoid it.
