The room was roomy and clean, with a queen bed, shower and hot water, plus a TV with Netflix, Spotify, and more. They gave us two bath towels, but there are no toiletries, so bring your own shampoo and soap. The AC could use some servicing. I was there for one night on a business trip, since it was close to the hotel where I needed to attend an event. I booked through Agoda, but the rate didn't match what the property charged, so they added an extra fee. They can give you a receipt if you ask. For a short, casual stay on a low budget, it was worth it.

The shared kitchen was clean and had a refrigerator, though it only had a manual pump dispenser, not an electric one. The inn is in a quiet, safe area, with warteg, stalls, and coffee shops nearby. I paid Rp. 220,000/night for four days and three nights, which felt affordable for the service and facilities. The staff were friendly, helped carry suitcases to the top floor, and washed the towels daily. The room was spacious, with a large wardrobe, a smart TV for Netflix and YouTube, and power plugs in several corners. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, and the bathroom had a water heater.

Pejompongan Dalam is a residential zone, and my family has lived there since 1982. My Dad's house is next to OYO Tango Juliet. Since the property opened, guests have often parked without permission, as if the street belonged to the owner. Residents have responded by putting buckets of cement and PVC poles at each gate. The management has also worked with some people who pretended to be guests and spied on residents. I believe OYO Tango Juliet has no permit to operate and should be shut down. It has no fire extinguisher, let alone a fire hydrant, so booking there without safety equipment is stupid.

For a low budget hotel, it’s worth it. The rooms and surroundings are clean, the service is good, and the location is handy for GBK and Senayan Park.

There’s plenty of space for a night or two, and the room is new. It’s in the center of benhil, in what seems like a fairly new building. The unit doesn’t have a mirror.
