The residence is comfortable, with friendly staff, and the pool and gym are always available. There's also a laundry place and spa in the building. Loads of restaurants and a local food market nearby. Thamrin City is very close for groceries, and Grand Indonesia is handy for imported goods at Food Hall or shopping at Plaza Indonesia. Everything is super close.
The location is right in central Jakarta, close to Plaza and Grand Indonesia shopping centers, and the price seems to match the apartment's condition and location. Still, the place is old, neglected, and untidy, with many appliances broken or not working. If you run the washing machine, remember to turn off the other appliances or power problems will cut the electricity. The bathroom is terrible and very dirty, with an awkward sink. The mirror with relatives hanging right above it means you can't bend down to wash your face without hitting your head. You can't see the bathroom when booking. Unless you specifically ask, nobody cleans the room or changes towels. I used the same towels and linen for seven days. Garbage wasn't taken out either, and large cockroaches started appearing, which was really unpleasant. The owners should pay attention to these details. Otherwise, I don't plan to come back.

The gym and large pool with a view are definite perks. The location and facilities are nice too, though the place feels a bit dated.
