Check-in and check-out were easy, and there’s a small, pleasant dining room downstairs where you can relax. A minimarket shares the area, which is convenient if you need to pick something up. The building seems new, and everything looked clean, with lots of nice spots. Parking is a little limited, but public transport is accessible. The Transjakarta stop is about 1 km away, and Kalibata City and Duren Kalibata Station are nearby too. I’d stay here again and recommend it to others.

The building has three floors and stairs only, and the parking is limited and open to the public since it’s in the same area as the convenience store. Those are a couple of things to keep in mind. I booked by phone and the customer service person gave me useful information. The place was cozy, quiet, and nicely decorated, and the staff were polite and helpful. There’s a lounge and dining area downstairs for relaxing or having a guest, and the convenience store is just a few steps away. From my experience, it’s a great option in Kalibata, 4.5/5.

It’s cheap and in a strategic area. The staff are very nice, and both the Wi-Fi and hot shower worked well. You only get two small bars of soap, with no toothbrush or toothpaste, so keep expectations in check for a budget place. I wasn’t confident about the cleanliness. The blanket, sheets, towel, and pillowcase looked old and had gone from white to brownish. I couldn’t tell whether they were fresh from the laundry or had been left over from someone else.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and I felt at home during my stay at ACG House Kalibata. It’s behind Alfamart, so buying things is easy, and there are food stalls in front of the hotel too. The minimalist room was clean and comfortable. The bedsheet and towel smelled nice, the Wi-Fi was good, and there was hot water. They also had a prayer mat and drinking water in the room. A 200k IDR deposit or an ID card is required. This hotel went beyond what I expected.
