Airy Syariah Kuningan Karet Karbela Timur 1A Jakarta

The air conditioning worked really well, and the room had a TV with Indovision. It was a nice, consistently clean room, though a little small for two people. Someone cleaned both the room and bathroom daily. Security felt good too: you need an access card just to get into the accommodation area, and guards are there around the clock. There’s a kitchen and lounge at the back of the first floor. The one issue was cigarette smoke in the hallway even though the area is marked non-smoking. Maybe enforcement could be stricter. It’d be great if it were actually smoke-free.

It’s right in the city center, so the standard price of 200 seems fair. The room was cramped, but its modern look made it feel clean. Airy snacks, soap, and shampoo were provided, though there was no toothbrush. Getting in takes an access card, so if you’ve just arrived, ask the security guard to open the reception door. One problem: the sheets and pillowcases hadn’t been put on the white linen. My wife and I got itchy when we slept. We complained to the owner, and they quickly brought brown sheets and pillowcases.

Clean and conveniently close to Alfamart and the main road. It can get noisy, though, since you often hear people exercising at the field or gym behind the place 😅

There’s a food stall right across the street, and a minimarket nearby, so the location is handy. Service was okay. Finding the place took some effort because there aren’t many signs.
