Al Barokah Residence

The location is strategic and close to everything, but dirty rooms and surroundings make that advantage pointless. The smell of rat droppings is strong both outside and inside, and there are droppings everywhere. It's really gross. I've also complained repeatedly about the AC not getting cold and constantly dripping water, leaving the room damp every morning like there was a roof leak. They keep saying it's because there's no freon, but they don't seem to service the AC every three to six months, just refill the freon. I've boarded here for two years, and the owner seems to care only about money. When something breaks, they say it's your responsibility and depends on how you use it. But the flush was already broken in my first week. Was that my fault? Was I supposed to throw it around or pull it out? The shower hose had broken because it was so rusty. The owner and caretaker are both lazy. When I asked for the rat droppings to be cleaned, the caretaker said, "Mr. Aan said it's just a regular cleaning." It's surprising this boarding house is so full and popular when it's so dirty and poorly maintained. If you're thinking of boarding here, check the cleanliness and facilities carefully. The parking is also careless and disorganized, so your motorbike is bound to get scratched.
