The pool was spotless, roomy, and very comfortable, and the staff were warm and helpful throughout. I loved the luxurious interior and the sophisticated feel from the moment I arrived. The on-site restaurant had an exquisite menu and felt top-tier. Everything was flawless, one of my best experiences. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a top-class stay.

Museum MACAN is in the same building, so it was easy to visit on foot. The hotel itself isn't especially walkable for getting elsewhere, though. You'll need a taxi, and the front desk can call one for you. There are also a couple of restaurants, several small coffee shops, and a FamilyMart on the building's first floor, open until 8:00 PM, if you'd rather eat outside the hotel. Dinner buffet was about $13 USD, with Indonesian specialties, but some dishes weren't refilled when they ran out during busy periods. I was here on a business trip. The drive from the airport took around 30 to 45 minutes. Aloft Jakarta Kebon Jeruk is inside AKR Tower: drop-offs are at the HG floor, the 2nd floor, then you transfer elevators to HL, the 34th floor, for check-in. W XYZ Bar, the restaurant, and pool are on that same floor. The place feels bright and modern, with nice views from up high, and the staff were very friendly. There was a complimentary welcome drink to enjoy at the bar. My room was a decent size, clean, and tidy. The bed had a nice balance of firmness and comfort. Free Wi-Fi was available, and the TV let me sign in to my own Netflix and YouTube accounts. A couple of small things: there were only two bottles of water and tea bags, no snacks, and no bathtub.

Chio Chio Restaurant was a fun place for Christmas lunch with my friends. I especially liked the Kepiting Soka ala Singapore, and the rest of the food was delicious too. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel design is playful and unique, with different board games on the tables. We had a great time, thanks Aloft Kebon Jeruk.

The team was super friendly, and housekeeping took care of all the details really well. Aloft Jakarta Kebon Jeruk opened in November 2025 on the top eight floors of AKR Tower, with 150 rooms. It may be one of the better hotels in West Jakarta. The design is modern and music-inspired, with a lively sky lobby and sky pool. Chio Chio, the all-day dining restaurant, has a Peranakan theme and serves Penang Char Koay Teow, Nyonya Laksa, and Singapore style Chilly Crabs. The food didn't taste authentic to me, and there isn't a Western menu, though the city views help make up for it. Grab and Gojek drivers can have trouble finding the lobby, and the two lifts serving the hotel may not be fast enough. Hot and cold drinking water dispensers are available on every floor. It could also work as an alternative to airport hotels, since the drive to CGK Airport takes about 30 minutes in the morning.
