This was my first bad hotel experience because of cockroaches. The room was full of them, and even after staff sprayed, there were still lots of small ones. I also found a bed bug after spending a little while on the bed. When I asked for a refund, the hotel said the booking was through a third party and offered a Traveloka coupon. But when I checked with Traveloka, they said the hotel wouldn’t refund me.

The location is handy, with ThamrinMall just around the corner and Pasar Senen a short distance away. The rooms are a bit dated and breakfast was average. There was a big group checking in at reception, but the staff managed the crowd well. Congrats!

I had an amazing stay at Amaris Thamrin Hotel. The rooms were clean, the food was delicious, and the staff were friendly. Parking was easy to reach and free, and security was there 24 hours. Thank you 😁😁

We booked three rooms for four nights because Mall Thamrin City is in the same location. Every room had German cockroaches, both in the rooms and toilets, and one toilet smelled bad. We told housekeeping, who said they would spray insecticide and clean the smelly toilet. Nothing improved.
