The food was enjoyable and had enough variety, and I really liked my room. The lifts, though, kept having problems. I hope they get fixed.

My stomach hurt after breakfast, and the food didn’t seem hygienic. The room smelled and the linen was dirty. Worst hotel to stay in.

The room was comfortable and the service was excellent. A good choice for just one night.

Getting around was easy since the Amarosa Grande Hotel is right by the Bekasi Barat toll road. The breakfast had loads of tasty choices, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. My room was spotless and comfortable, and the facilities were superb. I had a great stay and will definitely come back.

The room was beautiful, with comfortable beds, modern amenities, and a lovely view of the surrounding area. I also appreciated the details like fresh flowers and a welcome drink. Room service was a highlight. The food was delicious, and the team was prompt and courteous, whether I asked for extra towels, a late-night snack, or a quick cleaning. When I arrived, the attendant greeted me warmly and took care of my luggage, then the receptionist checked me in quickly and answered my questions about the facilities. Amaroossa Grande Hotel gave me a five-star stay from start to finish. The hospitality and comfortable, stylish rooms made it memorable, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious stay. Well done, Amaroossa Grande Hotel, you’ve set a high bar.
