Apartment at Mediterania Garden Residences 1 Tanjung Duren

I’ve lived here for two years and have moved between towers from time to time because of hygiene and other things, so here’s what I’ve noticed. Tower B has a great view over Tanjung Duren street, so you can check traffic, and the sunset light is lovely if you’re an influencer or just like sunsets. Tower C is less convenient for parking and entry, and the laundry and 24-hour minimarket are farther away. You do get a good view of the main road to check traffic before work, plus romantic city lights at night. Tower A has the fastest lift and lovely morning light, but it’s the most badly infested with roaches of all the towers. It’s also a little noisy because it’s near the tennis and basketball courts. For buying, I’d choose Tower A for its location near parking, laundry, salon, and mini market, as long as you can keep the roaches out. Tower D is probably the cleanest. The natural light isn’t as good because Medit 2 and royal medit building block it, and its parking seems full at any hour on any day. Luckily my car is small enough to fit in places big cars can’t. I still prefer the other towers.
