We walked quite a distance to the Alfamart (Mini Mart), only to have security tell us outsiders couldn’t enter. There was no sign blocking public access, and people generally expect a mini mart to be open to everyone. Just lol. 😅 I won’t change my review unless management puts up a clear “no access for outsiders” sign. Better yet, if outsiders aren’t allowed, Alfamart shouldn’t be listed on Google Maps. Don’t give people false hope.

This seems especially suited to families, since there are no studio units. The smallest rooms are 120 meters and the penthouse is 355 meters. Residents are mostly Chinese, and they seem like happy, good people. The marble floors are exclusive, the building is very clean and well maintained, and the location in West Jakarta is great. There’s private basement parking with room for four cars, and it feels very safe. I’ve never heard of a robbery here, and I’d rate security 10/10.

If something breaks in the apartment, staff come over and fix it quickly, and they’re very friendly. It’s a family-oriented place with a dedicated parking spot, pool, tennis court, playground, gym, and mini market.

Access to all the elevators requires a fingerprint. Parking is spread across two basement levels. The apartment can be used as a serviced stay or as a residence, and it has a restaurant, gym, and grocery store.
