Comfy place, and the staff are friendly and helpful. If you like "jajan" (street food), it’s a great spot for a short staycation.

Whenever my husband comes to Jakarta from Australia, he stays here. His room is always clean, and the staff are warm and helpful. He also likes the buffet breakfast, with its nice range of choices. Thanks to everyone for taking such good care of him.

The location worked well for our 7-day course, with a TransJakarta BRT stop nearby, food places and mini markets within walking distance, and a new LRT route expected here in a couple of years. I was on the committee and stayed just one night. Lunch and dinner had a good choice of tasty dishes. Breakfast was more limited, and I missed the make-your-own chicken porridge. My twin room was comfortable but small, and there was no door or curtain separating the shower from the toilet. The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful.

Right across from the Velodrome sports arena, with accessible sidewalks that make it easy to get around on foot. The room was clean and the bathroom had good lighting. For a family, the junior suite can accommodate four, or five to six with an extra bed. The standard room is very small, so two people max makes more sense. A few things let it down: the suite has no sofa or seating area, the TV channels in my room weren't working, and breakfast had limited variety. Reception can also mean a long wait, since there was usually only one person at the desk.
