ARTOTEL Suites Mangkuluhur Jakarta

We arrived early, so after checking in we went to the mall next door while the rooms were being prepared. Check-in itself was quick and easy, and Ola at reception was courteous and explained everything. Our room was large, with all the necessary amenities, a comfortable bed, and a bathroom with both a bath and shower. The street outside was busy, but we heard absolutely nothing thanks to excellent soundproofing. Breakfast was a feast, with plenty of local and international choices. We did have a couple of small annoyances. In Room 1007, the toilet took three or four flushes to clear the bowl. We didn't contact maintenance because we eventually found that a very precise, gentle flush seemed to work. The shower could also overflow into the bathroom unless you were careful. Neither issue was a major problem for us, though they might trouble elderly guests. We mention them as constructive feedback. This was our first visit, and we had a wonderful stay. Thank you, and we hope to return.

The birthday surprise was lovely: the hotel put a “Happy Birthday” message on the glass and brought me a cake. The service was warm, and breakfast had lots of choices and tasted great. I was a bit disappointed about the room, though. I booked an Artsy room through Traveloka, where it showed as available, but was given a Premium room because the staff said Artsy was fully booked. They called it an upgrade, but I'd pictured myself in the Artsy room because I prefer its design and layout. I hope management pays more attention to situations like this. Even so, I'm satisfied with the service. Thanks for the warm welcome and birthday treat.

Budiman, a gentleman working in the restaurant, kept checking in on me and the other guests. His attention made my stay much better than I expected. The service was very attentive, and everyone did a great job. I spent a few days at artotel mangkuluhur suites and found it amazing for work. It's a great hotel to stay at in jakarta. The staff are what made this stay memorable. The whole team was welcoming and professional, and Mas Jimmy went out of his way to help me. I really appreciated how helpful he was. My room had a distinctive character, with an older, more traditional hotel look. It was still comfortable and cozy for an overnight stay, had everything I needed, and I slept well.
