Aston Kartika Grogol Hotel & Conference Center

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the modern but welcoming feel made it easy to relax after a long day. The location is handy for malls and food options. What stood out most was Annisa from the lobby team. I ran into her and she was friendly and approachable, patiently answered my questions, and went out of her way to suggest nearby places, from local food to useful conveniences. Her thoughtful, proactive help felt like more than routine service. She’s a real asset to the team and shows the hotel’s commitment to good hospitality. Keep it up, staff like Annisa make a real difference to the guest experience!

The children’s facilities were a highlight: the playroom is large, and the kids’ pool is well designed and fun. I was pleasantly surprised by a complimentary suite upgrade. It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. My first stay at Aston Kartika Grogol was a great experience. Regina at reception and Tomy from the bell team were especially friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The room was so clean, and I loved it so much I wished I could stay longer. I’ll definitely come back. The staff welcomed me with big smiles, and Ms Jessy handled check-in while paying close attention to my special request. I got a room with a great view and it was non-smoking, just as I wanted. I stayed at Aston Kartika Grogol on a recent business trip and found it very convenient for getting around Jakarta, especially for meetings in West Jakarta. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, just right for resting after a long workday. The staff were exceptionally helpful, and I had a very pleasant stay.
