Uni Beach Hotel

I wouldn't suggest staying here to friends. The room was hot because the air conditioner didn't work, and there were mosquitoes and a cockroach. Breakfast wasn't good either, so I'd eat elsewhere. There were no toothbrushes or the usual bathroom items. After checkout I realized I'd left my drink behind and went back in under five minutes, but the room boy had already drunk it and didn't even apologize. For the poor service, it felt overpriced.

The room was spacious and clean, and the pool was fairly large and clean too. The kids had a great time there, and I liked the hotel. The downside is that there’s no elevator, which is a pain when you have heavy luggage.

We booked five rooms for a family stay. In the suite we found a huge cockroach, and breakfast was messy, with one dish smelling like spoiled food. There was also an issue with a towel: they told us one room had only one instead of two before checking, even though I asked them to inspect all our rooms and the pool area. They eventually found it, but offered no apology. At this price, the service and quality should be better. We definitely won't be back.

The place is roomy and generally well maintained, though one door bowed and wouldn't shut properly, and there were spider webs in a few spots. Breakfast at the restaurant was very economical. The traditional chicken porridge barely had any chicken, and there weren't proper protein options.
