The food was a highlight, from the breakfast buffet to the rest of the dining, all fresh and high quality. The relaxing luxury atmosphere made the stay very, very pleasant. What really stood out at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta Mega Kuningan was how personal and sincere the hospitality felt. There were smiles, warm greetings, and thoughtful touches throughout, and I felt genuinely looked after. I've stayed at Ritz-Carlton properties in California, where I'm from, for three to four times the price. The service there is always exceptional, but this hotel stood out for its consistent, personal care. Five stars all around. Highly recommend. Dinner and breakfast at asia restaurant were great, with plenty of choices. Vondra at the front office also made sure we had what we needed during our one-night stay. Once she learned we were there with our son, she offered kids amenities. The property shows its age, but it's generally well maintained. The club lounge could use attention. It was busy, food wasn't replenished properly, and tables still had leftovers from previous guests. For the number of people there on the weekend, it seemed understaffed.

The honeymoon setup was beautiful and really touching, and the team made us feel welcome and cared for. I've stayed in hotels in different countries, but this one stands above them all. The service, staff, atmosphere, and attention to detail were all perfect. An unforgettable experience, highly recommended.

Stayed: January 13-15, 2026 Breakfast at Asia Restaurant was superb, with a fresh, varied buffet of high quality Indonesian and international food. The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Mega Kuningan is in the heart of Mega Kuningan, with true luxury and effortless elegance. I had an excellent two-night stay. From check-in onward, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. My room was spacious, spotless, comfortable, and well designed for both working and resting. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jakarta. Thanks to the team, I'll definitely return!

The staff were warm, responsive, and cooperative with both the bride and all the vendors during our client's wedding preparation. We appreciated their proactive communication and flexibility, which helped the day run smoothly and let us focus on our work and the bride. The bridal preparation area was comfortable and well arranged, making dressing relaxed and efficient. It helped the bride feel at ease before the ceremony. A lovely collaboration, and we'd happily work together again. We'd recommend the hotel to future brides looking for a smooth, enjoyable wedding day setting.
