I paid an extra IDR 50k per day at check-in, even though the room looked cheap. I booked two nights but left at 9 P.M. after only two or three hours in the room and found somewhere else to stay. It was too uncomfortable to remain. The room was dark and dusty, and looked very different from the pictures. The bed was dirty, and using the blanket gave me a strange sensation. There was an unpleasant smell, a broken toilet door, and no toilet kit or even a towel. The receptionist didn't seem friendly.

This homestay could have been nice, but there was no hot water in the room for all three days. Each evening when I came back, they told me the hotel water was working. It still wasn't hot, and the technician never came. I couldn't move to another place because my back pain was too severe. I checked out today and won't book again. Don't lie to your customers. 👎👎👎👎👎👎

The staff are supportive, and it could work well for a longer stay. The location may explain why this OYO feels a little expensive: a Circle K mart nearby is open until 10 PM, there's a 24-hour ATM center, and a mesjid is across the road for prayers. The building and rooms are old. Rooms have a 1+1 bed setup, and they're all non-smoking. The hot shower works, but on the TV only the Chinese channel comes in well. Wi-Fi is available, though weak, with just one signal bar on my phone.

For a backpacker, the facilities were good enough and the stay was nice overall. The room was clean, with AC, hot water, amenities, free Wi-Fi, and satellite TV. Parking only fits bikes, so cars have to go outside or on the road. I did have a small electrical issue: the power went out five times when I tried turning on the AC. The key deposit is 100k Rupiah.
