The IAIBM reunion went smoothly, and almost everyone was happy with how it turned out. Mr. Daniel and the TRP staff helped a lot with costs and planning, including free food and drinks, extra meals, more parking space, and discounted hotel rooms. The venue was comfortable and the food was excellent. They were attentive throughout, printing and putting up the backdrop, buying name tags and post-it notes on the day, handing out meals, calling a doctor when someone fell, and even helping find a phone that had been left behind. They handled it all calmly without interrupting the event. There were a few small shortcomings, but they were minor next to all the help and convenience. The event succeeded, the participants were pleased, and we got great results with minimal costs. Thank you, TRP.
