The staff made our family feel welcome throughout our stay at Avissa Suites. We booked several rooms, and everyone was happy from check-in through check-out. Special thanks to reception staff Riza, Fauzia, Peter, Kikik, Qudus, and Adit for being warm and professional. Amin, Hani, Dede, and Heri from the bell team were attentive and quick to help, and the security staff were friendly and supportive too. Getting around Kuningan was easy from this convenient location. Lotte, Kuningan city, ITC and Ambassador Malls, along with the Mega Kuningan Area and its many eating options, are within a 15-minute walk. We also enjoyed breakfast, especially with the city views. Housekeeping was reliable, and the complimentary four pieces of laundry per day was a thoughtful help for our family. We were very satisfied with the whole experience and appreciated the care and hospitality. We'd happily come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Kuningan.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the service was very friendly. I booked three rooms, and the breakfast was delicious too. The location is strategic. There was just one problem, the shower in room 206 didn't work properly. That was the only issue. Sl

The staff made me feel almost at home. From the bellboy and security team to reception and restaurant staff, everyone was polite and ready to help. It was my first stay here, and the hotel was spacious and clean. I’d definitely choose it again for an overnight stay in JakSel.
