The photos made the hotel look nice, but the actual experience wasn’t great. I booked and paid by bank card through Booking, then was told at the hotel that I had to pay extra. That didn’t feel fair.

I’ve stayed in budget hotels plenty of times, and this was one of the worst. The room smelled even after I moved, and the floor felt sticky for some reason. The toilet was already awful when I arrived, with a bad smell and lots of yellow stains. The duvet had stains too, and I don’t think it was cleaned. They also didn’t provide hot water. The cable to the water dispenser had been cut, so it wouldn’t work, and I couldn’t get water on the first floor either because they said it had suddenly broken. I really wouldn’t recommend it, especially under OYO management.

It’s a good place for a reasonable price. They do require you to hand over your ID while staying there, though. If you’ll be out for a long time, it isn’t too difficult to ask permission to keep it with you.

Good value, and the place was cheap but clean. The staff were really nice too.

The app showed a different price, and they asked me for another 25k.
