Ayana MidPlaza Jakarta

The spa was my favorite part of this memorable stay. It was spotless, and the aromatherapy scent helped me relax. Mbak Reni there was especially friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The rest of the hotel was just as impressive: the interiors mix classic and modern design in a calm, carefully put-together way, and everything from the lobby to the guest rooms was immaculate. Ayana Midplaza Jakarta feels like a peaceful, warm escape from the busy city. Thanks for the consistently good service. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for world-class hospitality.

The location worked well for me. Even in rush hour, I could get where I needed to go in 15 to 25 minutes. I’ve stayed at many hotels in Jakarta, and this is one of my favorites. The greeter opened the door with a big smile and helped with everything. I enjoyed the spa and a drink at the café, and the service stayed excellent. My room was clean and everything worked, as if it had just been built. I’d definitely stay again.

The pool has an amazing view, and the breakfast choices are excellent. I recommend the cheese omelette! I loved the comfortable bed, great bathtub, and shower amenities from sensatia bonica, which smell amazing and feel calming. Everyone was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The hotel also has direct tunnel access to the nearby MRT station, setiabudi astra. Shoutout to pak Indra, who was so friendly and helpful when we checked out.

We only stayed one night, though we really needed more time. The Studio Suite upgrade was a lovely surprise, and the hotel is beautiful and right in the middle of the city. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and professional. It was a shame JimBARan Lounge was closed for construction, but that didn’t spoil the stay. We’d love to return. Thank you, Ayana Hotel, and we hope to join the Ayana Group membership someday!
