Oci and Paul made a stressful booking mistake feel easy to sort out. I'd accidentally reserved a twin room instead of a family setup, but the reception team arranged an upgrade and handled everything smoothly. Their warm, professional help made us feel welcome and turned the issue into a great experience. We had a wonderful stay, and I hope to return. Highly recommend this hotel.

The lobby's signature scent and design give the place a relaxing feel, and that calm atmosphere carries through the hotel. After trying several Jakarta hotels for business and short stays, Best western premier the hive has stood out for being reliable and attentive to detail. The room was comfortable, with fresh linen and a well-kept setup. Cleanliness and upkeep felt more dependable than at similar hotels. It was a wonderful, memorable stay, and I'd confidently come back for the mix of comfort, atmosphere, and reliability.

Breakfast had plenty of tasty choices, with friendly, attentive service. The room was cozy, clean, and ready for us, and the comfortable lobby had a calming feel as soon as I arrived. Check-in was quick, and the staff stayed welcoming throughout. My stay at Best Western Premier The Hive exceeded expectations. Highly recommended!

The restaurant had a good range of delicious choices, and staff quickly helped me find a table, which made eating there easy. The facilities were comfortable and well kept, and everyone was friendly and ready to help with a smile. I had a wonderful stay, with excellent service, and would definitely recommend the hotel for a pleasant

The room, facilities, and cleanliness were excellent, and I really enjoyed staying here. But around midnight, when I came to drop off my key and belongings, the front desk service was far from welcoming. The receptionist stayed seated and busy with something else, and only acknowledged me after I started talking. There was no greeting, smile, or thanks until I initiated those basic courtesies. I felt undervalued as a guest. I hope management uses this feedback in service training, since front desk staff have a big effect on the hotel's reputation.
