Breakfast was much better than during my visit last year, both in taste and variety, and I really enjoyed it this time. The room was clean and well cared for, with Netflix on the TV, which was a nice surprise. The reception staff made me feel welcome. The person who checked me in was friendly, though I unfortunately forgot to ask her name. Felisa was especially kind, and my questions were handled promptly and given priority before I arrived. I had a comfortable, pleasant stay at Four Points Bandung and would definitely return.

Breakfast was a highlight for me. There was a good range of fresh tasting food, presented nicely, and the price seemed reasonable for the quality. Getting around Bandung was easy from Four Points by Sheraton Bandung, while the hotel still felt calm. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and housekeeping had everything looking fresh and tidy. The bed was comfortable too. From arrival onward, the staff were warm and attentive, always ready to help. I had one of my best hotel stays here and would gladly come back. The service, room, location, and breakfast made it an enjoyable visit, and I can see why guests leave positive reviews. I’d recommend it to people visiting Bandung.

The mountain view is my favorite part, especially at bedtime with all the curtains open. The room was neat and clean, and I love this hotel. It’ll be near the top of my list whenever I visit Bandung. Couldn’t ask for more.

That fresh egg benedict at breakfast was the highlight of our first stay. It was cooked just how I like it, with a hollandaise sauce that had a great sweet and sour balance. The beef bacon was thick, juicy, and tender, and the soft, crispy hash brown made the whole thing even better. I was in munchy heaven. The crew also gave me and my family the best service, really attentive, polite, and caring. Kudos to them. Six stars!

Sheraton has a clever setup: the main hotel building sits behind the front building, which is used as a cafe, giving the place a hidden gem feel. You can walk through the cafe when heading out or coming back. It’s a luxurious hotel, with excellent service inside and out.
