The kids had a playground and swimming pool to enjoy, and the hotel also gave us free cotton candy when we checked out. The breakfast had lots of variety and tasted really good. Our room was neat and clean, and the bathroom products smelled so nice. They even provided a hairdryer. I'll definitely be back, and I'd recommend it for families with kids.

I stayed in November 2025, after the major renovation, and the place felt brand new and really luxurious. Our huge signature room had clean lines, light wood, a very comfortable bed, a smart TV, and strong Wi-Fi. The restaurant has a modern feel, quick and friendly service, and a broad menu of local and Western food that tasted great. The breakfast buffet was huge and fresh, with the best fruit and pastry selection I've seen. The kids' area and pools, along with the gym, have all been rebuilt. The outdoor pool area is spacious, and the large playground has slides and mini board soccer. The gym was very clean and felt safe, and all the staff were great with children. Everything was spotless and the service was amazing. It was perfect for families and worth every penny. I'll come back.

It's a fairly old hotel, established around 1998, in the upscale part of South Jakarta. Public transport makes it easy to reach. Parking is limited and expensive, so I wouldn't recommend it unless you're staying at the hotel. There are marts, a cafe, and a mini mall downstairs, which makes the place convenient as a cheaper option. The food at the hotel is amazing, and they maintain a five-star standard.

Two laptops were damaged by a power issue in the ballroom, and the hotel's response was extremely uncooperative. Be careful about bringing laptops there. They suggested taking both devices to a service center we couldn't verify. With important data at stake, we didn't feel we could risk handing them over. The hotel's handling of the situation and lack of accountability were a major red flag. Very much not recommended. Update, April 1, 2026: We took a laptop to a service center, where the technician diagnosed motherboard chipset damage from high voltage. The repair would cost as much as a new laptop, 25 million IDR, and the hotel refused to take any responsibility.
