The flat is cheap, but it doesn't smell great because of the dirty river on one side. The view isn't much either, just the river, the street, or a small pool.

Nice spot, close to the shopping center and food court.

There's space to park both cars and motorcycles, and the apartment is in a convenient location. A nice, comfortable place.
6/10
I honestly don't know the place very well. I only went to the food area and visited my friend's room. The room seemed cluttered and uncomfortable to stay in, and the way things were arranged didn't seem very coordinated. Maybe they should move out, please. It just didn't seem like a comfortable place to live. The restaurant was okay, and I liked the strawberry milkshake. There's a pool too. It isn't very big, but it was shaded from direct sunlight, so it felt breezy and nice.

I've lived here for a couple of years and do enjoy it so far. It's a pretty good place to live, with a nice road connection to the highway, though traffic gets a bit jammed around rush hour. Management is the downside. They act quickly and on time when it's about the bull, but getting service or a permit for work in your unit is difficult and complicated. Building maintenance is difficult to deal with too.
