The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my May 2026 stay. My one bed exec room was spacious for 13 nights, good value, and cleaned to a very high standard every day. The amenities were good, and being within walking distance of Lotte Mall was convenient. I’ll definitely choose Citadines Sudirman Jakarta again for my next city stay.

The staff deserve special thanks. They go the extra mile to make a stay easy and comfortable. One of them even ordered a refill of my vitamin supplements to his own address and delivered them to me by hand. The rooms and amenities were very clean, and it’s a practical setup for a short or longer stay. You need some local knowledge to get around the location, but it’s only a short taxi ride to plenty of good food and shops. Many thanks, I had a great stay.

I felt more looked after here than at any other place I stayed in Southeast Asia. The staff are super nice and helpful, and the hotel is clean and well kept. It’s elegant and sits in the middle of Jakarta’s commercial district, with lovely city views from the balcony. The gym is decent, the pool is quite nice with that same view, and there’s self-service laundry. The restaurant is good too, with nice food. Highly recommended if it fits your budget.

The staff were super nice and surprised my friend for her BD, which really impressed us. The hotel and facilities are new and well built. Our room was clean, with a beautiful city view, and the clean sheets and comfy bed made it easy to settle in. Breakfast had lots of variety and was delicious. We had a wonderful stay ❤️

We stayed here with family during the Chinese New Year holiday in a two-bedroom unit. It’s a brand new property in the middle of Jakarta, and though the room is smaller than at other Ascott properties, everything is new. The master has a King Bed and the second bedroom has twin beds. It’s near Mega Kuningan and Lotte Shopping Avenue Mall. The lobby has free-flow Tanamera Coffee, and they also make contactless GrabFood delivery easy with a box for Grab. Really convenient stay!
